Sydney is a Licensed Resident in Counseling. She received her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University.

She has experience working with adolescents, teenagers, and young adults through camp ministry and worked for several years with residential college students. She also enjoys working with adults in all life stages. These roles add to Sydney’s experience and practice when working with individuals in crisis, anxiety, depression, stress, and life transition difficulties.

Sydney dedicates herself to learning about her client’s stories and emphasizing the value of growing from those experiences, considering holistic interactions between the mind, body, and spirit. She takes a client-centered approach, alongside CBT and narrative therapy skills. Sydney is ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) and safeTALK trained.

Her free time consists of spending time with family and friends, traveling, spending time outside, and cooking new recipes.
