Cheryl is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Music from Liberty University. Cheryl has over a decade of mental health experience including outpatient counseling, inpatient psychiatric treatment, psychiatric emergency services, substance abuse inpatient treatment, therapeutic day treatment, and eating disorder intensive outpatient treatment. Cheryl specializes in conducting Parent Child Interactive Therapy for ages 2 to 7 to help improve guardian-child attachment and problematic behaviors. Cheryl provides outpatient counseling for children, teens, adults, and families. Outside of her profession, Cheryl enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, baking delicious treats, drinking tea, and gardening.
